On 14thNovember 2019, Dr Haider (EC Lab Research Fellow) will give a talk on “Digital era – what impact will it have on our data centres?”, at Data Centre World (DCW) Frankfurt which will take place at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. The talk will be within the Energy Efficiency, Cost Management and DCIM Theatre, at 10:30am.
On the same day, Dr Haider will also be on an expert panel titled, “How to build and retain talent in the data centre industry”, at 2:45pm within the Data Centre World Keynote Theatre. The panel will discuss how to recognise the most valuable profiles to recruit, how the formation of new and current employees needs to be built and how to retain talent in the long run.
